3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

• Ensure cargo complies with shipping regulations
• Provide complete and accurate cargo documentation
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account and must not share your login credentials with third parties.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

• Ship illegal, prohibited, or restricted items
• Transport hazardous materials without proper documentation
• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive activities

5. Pricing, Payment, and Fees

All service fees are quoted in the currency specified in your service agreement. Prices are subject to change based on fuel costs, exchange rates, and market conditions.

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due as specified in individual service agreements
• We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other approved methods
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Additional charges may apply for storage, special handling, customs duties, taxes, and other ancillary services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of goods or the amount specified in applicable conventions (Warsaw Convention, CMR, etc.)
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or force majeure events
• Maximum liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific shipment
• Claims must be filed within the time limits specified by applicable law

Insurance: Cargo insurance is available but not included unless specifically requested. We recommend obtaining comprehensive insurance coverage for valuable shipments.

Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and documentation, is the property of Global Logistics Partners or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or display our content without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization

• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Croatia, unless otherwise required by applicable international conventions or mandatory consumer protection laws.

For international shipments, applicable international conventions (such as the CMR Convention for road transport, Warsaw/Montreal Convention for air transport) may apply and supersede these Terms where required by law.

13. Dispute Resolution

Negotiation: In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation.

Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes may be referred to mediation before an agreed mediator in Croatia.

Arbitration: Where permitted by law, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Croatian arbitration rules.

Claims Time Limit: Any claims for loss, damage, or delay must be made in writing within the time limits specified by applicable transport conventions or within 30 days of delivery or scheduled delivery date, whichever is shorter.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Global Logistics Partners regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Individual service agreements may contain additional terms specific to particular services, which shall complement these general Terms.
